They are expanding their footprint in the mid-market ERP space , targeting SAP and Oracle-led digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Director to spearhead ERP sales efforts across the UAE mid-market segment. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on acquiring new business, driving revenue growth, and enabling digital transformation journeys through SAP and Oracle solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced ERP sales professional with a strong understanding of the UAE enterprise landscape, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for SAP and Oracle-based ERP and transformation initiatives across mid-sized organizations in the UAE .
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, presales, and delivery teams to align customer needs with tailored SAP and Oracle solutions.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and transformation leaders), offering strategic guidance and digital transformation insights.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and partner events, positioning the business as a thought leader in ERP and digital enablement.
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and customer behaviour to continuously refine sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and ensure strong pipeline and forecast visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of successful experience in ERP sales , with a strong focus on SAP and / or Oracle platforms within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in the UAE, with a proven ability to close complex deals.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, digital transformation frameworks, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Prior experience working with or for SAP partners, system integrators, or digital consultancies is highly advantageous.
  • Strong network and relationships within UAE industries such as telco, manufacturing, logistics retail, pharma & healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
