Our client is a Singapore-based fintech company revolutionising cross-border payments through a global network of trusted financial partners. By bridging traditional banking and non-bank financial institutions, they enable seamless, cost-effective transactions worldwide. Currently, their focus is on building a leading crypto OTC trading business, driven by a commitment to innovation, integrity, and results.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Assets Sales Director to oversee the growth of our client's OTC business. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the digital assets and payments space, a strong network in OTC sales, and a proven ability to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and lead a sales team to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new clients through various methods and meet revenue targets.
• Increase trading volume by understanding client needs and driving digital asset adoption.
• Identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies to meet targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Work with operations and compliance teams to provide quotes and pricing strategies for clients.
• Collect client feedback to improve products and services.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in digital assets and payments.
• Strong institutional network in the crypto industry.
• Experience in price negotiation and market best practices.
• Excellent judgment under pressure and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to work with a team.
• Willingness to travel for events or conferences.
