Qualifications

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Core Responsibilities :

  1. Take complete charge of all real estate sales and rental operations.
  2. Monitor and audit sales pipelines, agent activities, and performance metrics weekly.
  3. Set sales targets for the team, and track progress via CRM or sales dashboards.

2. Agent Management & Performance Optimization

  1. Actively guide agents through their lead follow-ups, deal negotiations, and closings.
  2. Ensure consistent updates on listings and push agents to focus on high-conversion leads.
  3. Conduct weekly check-ins with each agent to review KPIs, discuss challenges, and keep pressure on execution.

3. Rental Team Oversight

  1. Build structure for the rental division: assign coverage zones, align on pricing, and set monthly rental KPIs.
  2. Ensure that the rental wing supports the sales funnel with solid tenant-landlord relations and potential upsells.

4. Team Building & Motivation

  1. Act as a real leader: recruit top talent, eliminate underperformers, and build a hungry, target-driven team.
  2. Motivate with bonuses, recognition, and by creating internal competition through performance leagues or rewards.

5. Strategic Growth

  1. Personally close large-ticket deals (villas, commercial, or premium residential).
  2. Identify opportunities for joint ventures, exclusive listing agreements, and strategic off-market sales.

Requirements
