Our client is a leading digital transformation company in the Middle East, offering enterprise IT solutions and services. They specialize in systems integration, software development, and managed services for government and large enterprises.

Job Description

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive sale and Go To Market plan to expand presence in the GCC market, with new business acquisition in the UAE, Qatar and Oman, with special focus on banking & financial services sector.
  • Client Relationships: Leverage existing relationships and banking industry knowledge across the target countries in GCC.
  • Partner Management: Establish and manage partnerships with local IT services & product partners to enhance our market penetration.
  • Sales Lifecycle: Manage lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and deal closure.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and bidding teams to align sales efforts with company capabilities and go-to-market messaging
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in the GCC.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5 years focused on GCC markets
  • Deep understanding of banking sector dynamics with relevant sales experience in the region.
  • Proven ability to drive sales through direct client engagement and indirect partner channels.
  • Existing network of C-level and decision-maker contacts in the banking and financial services sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and closing deals.
