Sales Director (B2G, Law Enforcement - MEA Region)

About You

As a Sales Director, you will manage a territory, close deals with new end-users, and generate interest in TRG solutions through creative initiatives, developing new channels, and leading complex sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Close deals and onboard end-users in your region for Intellectus
  • Generate new revenues and build the sales pipeline by:
  • Formalizing value propositions based on customer needs and TRG offerings
  • Managing partner and agent networks
  • Managing the sales process, including negotiations and closing new business and partner contracts
  • Overseeing sales team performance and execution
  • Leading lead generation, conversion, and deal execution, including deal prioritization, quoting, and negotiation
  • Pursuing individual and team sales goals to meet targets
  • Developing strategic plans to expand TRG’s client base
  • Building and maintaining a regional channel ecosystem
  • Networking with high-level political and business circles
  • Assessing and validating client needs continuously
  • Identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Meeting sales targets and strategic objectives set by management
  • Coordinating sales efforts across teams and departments

What We Look For:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in software solutions or licenses to government clients, with a proven track record
  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Experience selling through channels and agents
  • Proven success managing large sales accounts/deals
  • Experience in the intelligence domain is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Motivated, energetic, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work from home with flexible hours
