Dia Developments in Dubai is seeking an energetic Sales Director to lead our growing real estate sales division.

You will build, manage, and scale high-performing teams, onboard 15-20 sales managers, and drive performance on off-plan projects.

This role offers a competitive base salary AED 30,000–35,000 plus a commission structure and clear growth opportunities within a company focused on long-term expansion.

• 10+ years leading real estate development sales teams in Dubai.
• Fluent Russian and English – essential for core client base.
• Experience onboarding and leading 15-20 sales managers.
• Strong background in off-plan sales.
