Job Overview :

Richmond Properties is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sales Director – Off-Plan to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, proven leadership skills, and a strong track record of closing high-value off-plan deals. This role involves leading a team of consultants, optimizing performance, and driving revenue through focused sales strategies and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of off plan real estate consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive off-plan property sales.
  • Provide training, support, and motivation to team members to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, client engagement, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales campaigns with business objectives.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements :
