A leading global enterprise solutions provider seeks a Director of Sales to lead and manage the sales process for large enterprise customers in Dubai. The role requires 12 to 15 years of experience in SaaS/IT products sales, along with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management with CXOs. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in telecom or IT software sales. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Cpaas/SaaS/IT Products/Software solutions Enterprise Sales.
  • Success in achieving assigned sales quotas.
  • Experience in Telecom/SMS/IT software solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to account management.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key companies at the C-level.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and business reports.

Responsibilities
  • Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new clients.
  • Managing Large Enterprise customers.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management with CXOs in the targeted industries.
  • Manage complete Sales Process from lead generation, technical proposals, negotiation, onboarding, sales and account management for the targeted industry.
  • Managing Sales and Presales Managers.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT in UAE region.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports.
  • Proven track record of achieving the assigned sales quota.
  • Should be good at account management skills to ensure smooth onboarding, monthly usage billing and timely collections.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA / PGDM (Preferred) in marketing with 12 to 15 Years of Cpaas / Saas / IT Products / Software solutions Enterprise Sales Experience.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Industry preference- Telecom / SMS / IT Software solutions
  • Preferred product / sales experience- Enterprise sales in selling SAAS / PAAS based platform solutions, API; Proven track record of sales success in enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Preference for candidates with Marketing Automation or Predictive analytics solutions sales experience.
  • Excellent probing, listening and presentation skills.
