A prestigious and long-established real estate developer in Dubai is seeking a Sales Director to drive strategy, performance, and revenue across its flagship villa and townhouse communities. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for all villa and townhouse projects. • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and leadership. • Analyze market trends and client behavior to refine targeting strategies and achieve consistent revenue growth. • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and senior leadership to align go-to-market strategies. • Build and strengthen key relationships with brokers, HNW clients, and investment partners. • Monitor team KPIs, sales forecasts, and pipeline health, ensuring targets are not only met but exceeded.
