About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use): 11

The role: We seek a Sales Director based in the Dubai office. The Sales Director is responsible for promoting and consultatively selling a portfolio of products to current and target customers across a defined territory in the Middle East. The clients are across multiple segments, such as Commercial Lending, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, and Corporations.

In doing so, you will learn about the clients’ businesses, identify their needs, and provide solutions utilizing our products and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of a sales strategy
  • Demonstrate understanding of our suite of services and collaborate with subject matter experts to position solutions that address customer challenges
  • Stay updated with industry news and issues to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain disciplined sales activity pipelines and systems-based workflows (e.g., Salesforce.com)
  • Secure executed contracts and coordinate the transition of new clients to the Relationship Management team
  • Develop industry-specific knowledge for credible diagnostic conversations
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development, focusing on solution selling
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing complex deals
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Proven track record in consultative sales
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging with C-Level executives both over the phone and in person, with a client-first sales approach
  • Resilience, flexibility, and long-term strategic thinking
