We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Sales professional to join our sales team as a Sales Director. The successful candidate should be able to generate sales by implementing a strong and sustainable strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities in the market and build excellent client relationships.
  • Maximize sales by leading and training the team to achieve pre-set targets.
  • Identify team weaknesses and strengths, and take corrective actions accordingly.
  • Assist in building the sales team in terms of size, territories, projects, training needs, targets, motivation exercises, and KPI setting.
  • Motivate, support, and closely monitor the sales team’s performance ethically and participate in setting related incentives.
  • Identify results and report them periodically to Sales Leaders.
  • Plan, design, and conduct appropriate selling schemes for each property under your responsibility.
  • Participate in key result areas and KPI review processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in line with company standards.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of local and regional real estate markets and communicate this transparently to the team.
