Are you ready to lead sales in the European market from our innovative hub in Dubai

Our client is at the leading edge of digital transformation and theyre seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to spearhead their European sales strategy. They offer a flexible and innovative work environment where your ideas matter and your career can flourish.

The Role:

As their Sales Director for the European market you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to drive significant revenue growth. You will build strong lasting relationships with key clients and lead a highperforming sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy specifically tailored for the European market.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders across Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine gotomarket strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance market trends and the competitive landscape to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting and negotiations to successful deal closure.
  • Represent our client at key industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

  • 7 years of proven experience in SaaS sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share within the European market.
  • An established network of contacts within the B2B SaaS industry in Europe.
  • Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
  • A datadriven approach to sales strategy and performance analysis leveraging data to inform decisions.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe as needed.

Important: This role is based onsite in our Dubai office.
