About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving business growth. This role involves overseeing the sales department, setting targets, building strategies, and ensuring high performance across all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement training and development plans.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to design campaigns that support sales growth.
  7. Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and industry forums.
  8. Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and budget planning.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, team management, and sales leadership within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and current real estate trends.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (if applicable).
