Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare. Founded in 2011, we have 34 nursery schools. We stand unique from other group nurseries, as each of our Kids First Group nurseries specializes in and is passionate about their own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach : spanning a choice from the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS), Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, to name a few.
Role Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sales Director to lead our commercial teams across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, focused on driving business development and enhancing the parent journey from lead generation to enrollment. This role requires an experienced sales leader with a deep understanding of sales processes, marketing data analysis, and Salesforce proficiency, preferably with a background in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our organization’s goals, focusing on parent journey optimization and lead conversion.
Oversee offline lead generation strategies to drive awareness and engagement, coordinating efforts to capture a high volume of quality leads.
Partner with marketing and academic teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of tactics across channels, enhancing the parent experience.
