We are looking for a high-level position for our new Dubai office as Sales Director of our unit, to play an important role in the establishment, development, and growth of Racing Cargo.

Ideal Candidate :

Responsible for making business decisions that will result in increasing revenues and financial growth. Managing and directing the Sales team of RC Dubai. Having a decisive role in decision-making, rigorous control of processes, the ability to solve problems, and improving productivity to meet profitability, service, and customer experience goals. Also responsible for conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs, arranging business meetings with potential and current clients; developing agent networks and conferences are also part of the role.

• Commercial experience in the International Logistics and Forwarding Industry
• Deep knowledge of national and international markets and trends
• Business Planning
• Business Administration
• Education : International Business / Foreign Trade-Customs or related (desired but not mandatory)
• Up to 10 years of experience in the international logistics and freight forwarding industry with a commercial focus
• Knowledge in managing international networks of agents (such as WCA, GFK, CLN)

Key Contributions :

• Responsible for sales results and achieving net profit of the business unit
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targeted goals
• Identify business opportunities and generate leads to promote Racing Cargo services with regional customers and agents (Business Development)

Client Acquisition :

• Build and maintain successful relationships with customers
• Understand regional industry-specific trends and landscapes, evaluating potential expansion projects
• Focus on profit growth and strategic, sustainable business improvement
• Monitor customer issues and resolve grievances on site
• Manage local and international agendas
• Support the team in negotiations with carriers, shipping lines, and airlines
