About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use): 11

The role: We seek a Sales Director based in the Dubai office. The Sales Director is responsible for promoting and consultatively selling a portfolio of products to current and target customers across a defined territory in the Middle East. The clients are across multiple segments such as Commercial Lending, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, and Corporations.

In doing so, you will learn about clients' businesses, help identify their needs, and provide solutions utilizing our products and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy.
  • Demonstrate understanding of our suite of services and work collaboratively with subject matter experts to position client solutions that address specific customer challenges.
  • Stay current with industry news and issues to understand potential impacts on prospects and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to daily sales activities, pipelines, and systems-based workflows.
  • Secure executed contracts and coordinate the transition of new clients to the Relationship Management team.
  • Develop industry-specific knowledge to have credible diagnostic conversations.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development focusing on solutions selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • A proven track record in consultative sales.
  • Confidence in cold calling and engaging with C-level executives both over the phone and in person.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and long-term thinking.
