Position Overview :

House Finder Dubai is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Director with a team to lead and manage our sales operations, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in the company's success by overseeing the sales team, developing client relationships, and executing initiatives that expand the market presence of House Finder Dubai. This individual should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development :
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive sales performance.
  • Manage and onboard a team of brokers to exceed their sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Handle high-profile clients and resolve any issues to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Performance Tracking :
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals, and track the progress of the sales team toward achieving these objectives. Report on sales performance regularly to executive management.
  • Business Development :
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion. Develop and execute a pipeline strategy to diversify and grow the client base.
  • Market Research & Analysis :
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay informed about trends, pricing, and the competitive landscape. Use data insights to make informed decisions about pricing, sales approaches, and market positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights on performance, revenue projections, and any potential challenges.
  • Collaboration with Marketing :
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns, promotional strategies, and content that drive brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within real estate or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Should bring a team of 10-15 brokers on board.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-profile client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and key players.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Salary of 10-12k with performance-based incentives.
