As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sales / Commercial Director to lead their sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Position Overview :

Reporting directly to the CEO of Development & Sales, the Sales Director will be responsible for the overall sales strategy, commercial planning, and execution across the company's luxury real estate portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, exceptional client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in driving sales performance in high-end property development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the ultra-luxury real estate market, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the ultra-luxury sector.
  • Revenue Generation : Drive the sales process to achieve and exceed revenue targets, leveraging a network of high-net-worth individuals, luxury brokers, and international investors.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering personalized service and fostering long-term partnerships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, providing ongoing support, and ensuring professional growth.
  • Commercial Planning : Oversee the development and execution of commercial strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and contract management, to optimize profitability and market positioning.
  • Brand Representation : Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and in negotiations, ensuring the brand is positioned as a leader in the ultra-luxury real estate market.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and project delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or commercial management within the ultra-luxury real estate sector in the UAE, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Market Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the ultra-luxury real estate market, both locally in Dubai and internationally.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team.
  • Negotiation & Communication : Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
  • Network : Extensive network of contacts within the luxury real estate sector, including brokers, investors, and industry influencers.
