The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving new revenue opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s go-to-market approach and ensuring targets are not only met—but consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, achieve and surpass KPIs
  • Identify new market opportunities and spearhead business development initiatives
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients and partners
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine offerings
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
