Sales Director

Our client is a leading property development and sales group. One of the genuine leaders in the Middle East region with a solid reputation and a highly desirable company to work for.

With strong expansion and development plans for 2013, we are now recruiting for new senior candidates to join their team as Sales Directors. This position will be based in Dubai.

Real Estate experience is NOT ESSENTIAL

OVERVIEW

Driving forward the Sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth.

1. Managing a team of senior sales management professionals.
2. Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group.
3. Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target-based sales strategy and monitor sales performance.
4. Exposure to regional and global markets.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.
6. The ideal candidate will be a graduate having excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator, and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets.
7. Preferred to be from a background of Real Estate, Banking, Automotive, Life Insurance, Hospitality, Rent a car, Travel/Tourism/Leisure.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Management or Business graduate, MBA holder is preferred.
2. 10+ years experience in the field of sales.
3. Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a senior sales position for the last 5-7 years handling Sales, Property Sales, Time Share or Life Insurance sales.
4. Excellent command in English.
5. Excellent presentation skills.

BENEFITS

1. Salary package will depend on experience levels and interview performance.
2. As a guide, up to 35k AED per month ($115K USD per annum) Package + Bonus.
