Offline Acquisition Department

Reports to : Commercial Director / CEO

Role Overview :

We seek an experienced leader to build, manage, and scale our offline sales team. The Sales Director will execute strategies to attract and onboard real estate agents and agencies to BrokerDeck. This leadership role involves managing Sales Associates, driving performance, and engaging with strategic partners. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales management track record and a passion for team building. Although managerial, the candidate must also sell.

Compensation Structure :

  • Performance-based salary
  • Bonuses based on team performance
3. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales methodologies for acquiring real estate brokers and agencies.
  • Plan operational activities, including setting quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets for the sales team.
  • Participate in budgeting, control expenditures, and ensure resource efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the full sales team lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, motivation, and evaluation.
  • Set tasks, define responsibilities, and ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Achieve sales and client acquisition targets.
  • Engage personally in negotiations with key clients and partners.
Operations & Reporting :
  • Oversee daily sales activities, sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate client interaction records in HubSpot CRM.
  • Analyze department and individual performance, implementing improvements.
  • Prepare and present performance reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
4. Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, management, or economics.
  • At least 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or client management.
  • Minimum 4 years managing a sales team.
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai and UAE real estate markets.
  • Experience in IT or SaaS industries.
  • Proven CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Fluent in English (C2 level or equivalent); knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, results orientation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Personal connections in real estate are advantageous.
