Job description

You'll spend most of your time hunting down potential clients who could use our IT services. This means doing research on companies, figuring out who makes the tech decisions, and reaching out through emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls. When you find someone interested, you'll have discovery conversations to understand their pain points - maybe their website is ancient, their systems don't talk to each other, or they're still doing everything manually.

Once you've qualified a lead (basically confirming they have real problems we can solve and budget to fix them), you'll hand them off to our senior sales team. You'll be tracking everything in our CRM, following up consistently, and building relationships with prospects who aren't ready to buy yet but might be in a few months.

You'll also attend our weekly team meetings, participate in training sessions, and probably end up learning way more about IT solutions than you expected. Some weeks you might focus on cold outreach, other weeks you'll be nurturing warm leads or doing market research on new industries we want to target.

Desired Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who actually enjoys talking to people and doesn't get discouraged when half of them don't call back. You should be naturally curious about how businesses work and what keeps business owners up at night. Since this is part-time and remote-friendly, you've got to be the type who doesn't need someone breathing down your neck to get stuff done. You'll set your own hours, keep track of your leads, and follow up without reminders. Oh, and you can't take rejection personally - most people will ignore your first three emails, and that's totally normal. If you're someone who gets energized by hitting targets, enjoys variety in your day-to-day work, and wants to learn about the IT industry without committing to a full-time role, this could be perfect for you.
