The Role / Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a junior sales role focused on growing our regional sales pipeline through outbound lead generation and inbound follow-up. The role involves prospecting, nurturing, and qualifying new sales opportunities, supporting the overall sales team across all customer segments. This development role aims to prepare the SDR for future sales roles within the MA APAC and ME sales organization. Our sales culture is inclusive, team-oriented, and values collaboration and results.

As an SDR, you will:

  • Strategize with sales teams on focus areas and plan to generate sales pipeline through SDR activities.
  • Lead cold calling campaigns to prospect, nurture warm leads, and qualify new opportunities.
  • Research target personas and gather relevant contact information for outreach.
  • Execute cold outreach to prospects and nurture leads.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and collaborate to advance deals.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing and events, nurturing them into qualified opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
  • Use CRM software to track and measure activities.
  • Utilize various tools to support SDR tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development.
  • Desire to build a career in sales.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, cold outreach, and nurturing leads.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities and handle objections.
  • Motivated to exceed goals with measurable results, including commission targets and KPIs.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
