What will you be doing?
- Target decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Software Development) in the UAE market.
- Make 80+ cold calls a day to generate interest and set 20+ qualified meetings per month.
- Use provided tools and data sources to reach the right prospects.
- As you progress, you'll learn to manage and close your own accounts over time.
- Work closely with the leadership team to refine outreach strategy and drive market growth.
What do you need?
- Resilience, accountability, and a “founding team” mindset. Available when needed, not just 9–5.
- Highly coachable with excellent communication skills; concise, clear, and value-focused.
- SaaS or recruitment sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexibility and autonomy.
