About The Role

As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative - Arabic Speaking to join our commercial team. You will play an integral role in driving new business opportunities within the UAE market.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Qualifying prospects and creating opportunities for our Business Development team
  • Utilising top-of-the-range sales tools such as Salesforce to boost productivity
  • Exceeding monthly targets and daily KPIs with support from your Manager and the wider team
  • Taking ownership of building your own pipeline and improving the sales funnel; ultimately contributing to Doctify's revenue growth
  • Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field

About You

  • You have at least 6 months of experience in an outbound sales or new business outreach role (industry-specific experience not required)
  • You are ambitious, a self-starter, and always striving for success
  • You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable on the phone; resilience is key
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to change
  • You believe in our mission and want to be part of revolutionising the healthcare market with us
