Sales Development Representative

Job Purpose

IWG is looking for a young, energetic, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Middle East Development team. This hybrid role combines outreach and meeting generation with data-driven market research to support our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and target-oriented, with a passion for uncovering opportunities and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential partners, landlords, and decision-makers to generate leads and secure a set number of qualified meetings each week.
  • Market Data & Research: Gather and analyse data on real estate availability, market trends, and potential growth areas across the region.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes using CRM tools.
  • Insight Reporting: Provide regular updates and data-backed insights to the team to inform strategy and identify untapped market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development and strategy teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
