How you’ll make an impact:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to generate new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying leads through outbound and inbound channels. Your work will directly impact on the growth of the company by feeding the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects.

Your role in action:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities via cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels. Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and email engagement.
  • Research target accounts and key decision-makers to personalise outreach. Set up meetings and appointments for the Sales Team. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed notes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective messaging and campaigns. Continuously learn about the company's solutions, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.

Could this be you?

  • Experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (B2B SaaS or Travel Industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Highly motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, Oracle or similar. Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activities.
  • High level of English and Hindi.
