A leading software solutions company in Dubai is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support sales goals. The role involves identifying leads, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for the company’s products. Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic, have I.T. and prospecting experience, and be proficient in using CRM platforms like Salesforce. Role Purpose
This role is instrumental in the support of Verint’s sales goals. The role’s focus is to work as part of Verint’s growing Business Development team, to be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for the sales teams to pursue in a specified region or country. The contacts will range from business unit executives and decision makers to technical individuals.
The Sales Development Representative drives demand for Verint’s products and solutions in a variety of ways, including hunting out relevant personas and engaging in direct outbound activities using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to drive new business; researching intent data and following up by calling; emailing; and qualifying.
Effective CRM (Salesforce) use is paramount to the success of the role and the enablement of Sales development.
The role will be a first line for explaining Verint’s proposition, the solutions and the business benefits they bring. This role will have the ability to create opportunities and match the needs of the prospect to Verint’s product portfolio.
