About the Role

We re looking for a driven and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Dubai office and play a key role in our outbound sales engine. You will be on the front lines of our sales process, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads to fuel our sales pipeline.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Research and identify ideal outbound prospects across target markets in the GCC.
  • Engage potential clients via cold outreach to generate interest in ZIWO s platform.
  • Qualify business needs, pain points, and timing to determine sales readiness.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and hand them off to the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain accurate activity records and lead tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to iterate on messaging and targeting strategies.

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in outbound SDR, lead generation, or inside sales roles.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (required).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to spark conversations with new contacts.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools and CRMs
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
