Job Description
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters (Marketing, Operations, and Finance).
- Act as a first point of contact and respond promptly to partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls and emails when Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks to the appropriate Sales Representatives.
- Upload and update restaurant information online in a timely manner.
- Set up and configure systems for new partners, conduct training, and resolve system issues from the vendor or partner side.
- Monitor and update the status of closed restaurants.
- Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, manage contract filing and other sales-related data.
- Prepare periodic reports on contract delivery and pickup.
- Manage the quality of partner accounts, ensure ongoing relationships, and resolve operational issues between partner restaurants and users.
- Assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant and call center personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software).
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including:
- Follow-up activities
- Transmission method reports
- Contract delivery and pickup acknowledgments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- MS Office and Excel Certification
- Must possess a UAE Family Book.
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients
