Job description

We are looking for Sales Coordinator to support our Medlab team and help drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible to assist and coordinate with the sales department, suppliers and customers to ensure continuous and effective services to all.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives General Correspondence, RFQs, and LPOs through phone or e-mail, checks tenders and auctions on-line and disseminate the same to the concerned staff within the department in order to ensure all communications received are recorded and acted upon.
  • Prepares quotations / tenders in coordination with sales staff and submit the same per required terms and conditions stipulated in the tender documents in order to comply with company sales policy.
  • Processes PO to suppliers, receives and checks Order confirmation, prepares MOH Import Permit documents, follow up shipments until it reaches our warehouse and entered in system to release Sales Orders.
  • Up on sales team request to generate bank guarantee and the copies of bid bond and performance bond should be filed with all supporting documents to maintain proper records.
  • To Maintain proper record and filling for important documents such as price list, quotations, customer order, sales reports, contracts.
  • Proper coordination with all internal departments, accounts, logistics, warehouse to ensure the sound flow of work.
  • To maintain complete records of all received customer LPO’s and placed purchase order to prepare report for sales manager.
  • To ensure that all confidential documents given to him/her should be fully protected.
  • Provide assistance in the travel of team members by organizing business trips, visa application processing and ticket purchase etc. in order to ensure business travel of all team members is efficiently organized.
  • To familiarize himself with the company Policy and strictly recommended to make sure at all the time AKI interest is fully protected.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Equivalent Experience
  • 3 years of experience in the medical equipment field
  • Listening Skills, Negotiation Skills, Cross Selling Skills, Analytical ability, Leadership Skills, Service Orientation, Basic Computer Skills including MS Office.
  • Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Management, Time Management Skills, Valid Driving License, Verbal and Written English Skills
