Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor sales activities to ensure all deadlines and targets are met, helping the sales team to stay organized and focused.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses that enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Compile and analyze sales data and reports, offering insights that help drive strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
  • Support the sales team in managing leads and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunities are missed and inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align strategies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Track inventory and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, providing a strong foundation for sales coordination tasks.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support or coordination, demonstrating a proactive approach to driving sales success.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry preferred, giving valuable insights into market trends and customer preferences.
  • Filipina candidates are preferred to align with company culture and values, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino, with strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with diverse clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, ensuring efficient data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights that influence team strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • A positive attitude and a team player mindset, fostering collaboration and enthusiasm within the sales team.
