A leading company in the Electrical Equipment industry is seeking a Field Sales Executive to assist the sales team in daily operations and manage client interactions. The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or any degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales support, preferably within the UAE or GCC. Strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems are essential for this full-time, permanent position.

Job description

• Assist sales team in daily operations, prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Act as primary contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
  Enter and track sales orders accurately in CRM or ERP systems.
• Monitor lead pipeline; update CRM records and forecast sales performance.
  Liaise with marketing, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and billing processes.
• Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly sales reports; track KPIs.
• Organize meetings, sales visits, internal events, and travel logistics.
• Assist with sales campaigns, marketing collateral, and trade-show coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE / B.Tech. (Mechanical) /Any Degree
  
• 5-10 years in sales support, coordination, or administrative rolespreferably in UAE or GCC.
  
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or MS Dynamics).
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication. English required; Arabic is a plus.
  
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
