Overview of the role :
  • The primary focus of the role is to act as the link between various roles in the branch and external service providers such as workshops, drivers, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless vehicle delivery to customers, while maintaining error-free transaction records of purchases and invoicing at the branch.
What you will do :
  • Coordinate daily vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are sent for cleaning and servicing, accessories are fitted as per customer specifications, and vehicles are prepared for delivery with zero errors and omissions.
  • Ensure timely and complete documentation related to vehicle registration, including insurance, number plates, VCC documents, invoicing, sales letters, and gate passes to facilitate smooth sales processes.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure demo cars are cleaned, fueled, checked, and ready for test drives each day.
  • Conduct daily physical and system inventory checks to inform branch sales managers and sales executives of available stocks.
  • Oversee vehicle display standards at the location to ensure proper presentation.

About the Team :
  • The role reports to the Sales Manager and collaborates closely with the Sales team and internal/external stakeholders.
