Job Description

• Experience in Electrical & Switchgear Industry is required; should have experience in the building material industry.
• Conduct market research on building material products to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs and construction stages.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and email campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions daily.
• Manage sales orders, Performa Invoices, Tax Invoices, Delivery notes, and payment receipts, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with the delivery team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.
• Prepare sales reports and present them to management.
• Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections over the phone.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

The job primarily involves continuous coordination over the phone.
