About the Job
The ideal candidate will coordinate export sales activities and serve as the key point of contact for international clients and internal teams. They will manage communications, support the sales team, and ensure smooth order processing to meet export compliance and drive revenue growth in the US and other export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations focused on export markets, including the US.
- Manage client communications across different time zones, ensuring timely follow-up with international clients and prospects.
- Support the sales team in preparing and processing quotations, export documentation, and shipping schedules.
- Maintain and update international customer databases, sales reports, and export compliance records.
- Liaise with manufacturing, logistics, freight forwarders, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipment.
- Assist Manager in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to export clients.
- Address client queries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements promptly and professionally.
- Monitor export market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insights to sales management.
- Organize and support virtual sales meetings, product launches, and international promotional events.
Key Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination or export sales support, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Strong communication skills and cultural awareness to liaise effectively with international clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and virtual communication tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
- Filipino nationality preferred; candidates of other nationalities with relevant export sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience or knowledge of ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) products and international sales processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US export market requirements and client expectations is a plus.
