Job description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Fluid Codes Sales Team across UAE, KSA, and Egypt. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth sales operations, assisting the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, sales activity tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales coordination for software sales and a strong ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fluid Codes Sales Team in daily sales operations across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
  • Assist in preparing and processing quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
  • Follow up with customers on pending deals, renewals, and license deliveries.
  • Ensure Salesforce CRM is updated with the latest sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Generate and share weekly sales reports with Sales Directors, providing insights on pipeline, renewals, and key metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time license delivery and track software renewals.
  • Liaise with finance and operations teams to facilitate order processing and contract management.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, purchase history, and open opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in software sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and customer data.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, sales reports, and tracking renewals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support a geographically distributed sales team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in software sales coordination within the Middle East region.
  • Familiarity with Ansys or other engineering simulation software sales is an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with multi-country sales teams (UAE, KSA, Egypt).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
