Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, processing sales orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
2. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
3. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for order processing and delivery.
4. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
5. Follow up on pending quotations, deliveries, and payments.
6. Track sales targets, prepare sales reports, and assist in forecasting.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
8. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations.
9. Ensure timely and efficient communication between the sales team and clients.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role (UAE experience preferred).

Skills:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
5. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
