We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales function through effective order management, client coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Coordinate daily sales operations and documentation
Manage order processing from receipt to final delivery
Maintain and update CRM and customer records
Liaise with internal teams – logistics, store, finance, production
Prepare sales contracts, proforma invoices, reports, and presentations
Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability updates
Conduct basic market research and analyze sales trends
Ensure accuracy in sales documentation and reporting
Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism
Generate and track KPIs, sales performance, and forecasts
Follow up with clients for feedback and post-sales satisfaction
Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
Utilize CRM and sales tools to streamline workflows
Experience in sales coordination, order management, or client support
Strong skills in CRM tools, MS Office, and documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage cross-functional coordination efficiently
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in industrial or lubricant sales support is a plus
