· Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations and proposals
· Coordinate client meetings, manage correspondence and timely follow-ups
· Maintain an up-to-date inventory of marketing materials for all projects.
· Facilitate communication between internal teams, including sales, accounts, marketing and project management
· Monitor sales activity and assist in tracking sales performance metrics
· Develop and maintain a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
· Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on sales-related activities
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress and project updates
· Proven experience in Real Estate as a Sales Coordinator (UAE experience is mandatory)
· Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong telephonic and general clerical skills
· Motivated and able to work independently and within a team
· Good knowledge of MS Office
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
· Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
