Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) on sales-related matters.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls and emails, and delegate tasks to Sales Representatives as needed.
  3. Upload and update restaurant information online promptly.
  4. Set up and configure systems for new partners, including training and resolving system issues from vendors or partners.
  5. Update and monitor the status of closed restaurants.
  6. Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, maintaining proper filing of all sales-related data.
  7. Prepare contract delivery and pickup reports periodically.
  8. Manage the quality account of restaurants, ensuring ongoing partner relationships and resolving operational issues.
  9. Generate reports on transmission methods, assist with programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant and call center personnel on transmission systems like GPRS and Pigeon software.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including follow-up activities, transmission reports, and contract acknowledgment of receipt.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • MS Office and Excel Certification.
  • Must have a UAE Family Book.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Ability to build good relationships with clients.
