Responsibilities

• Assist in report, presentation, and document preparation for internal and external communications, following brand guidelines
• Handle Salesforce accounts for salespeople — add quotes, draft quotes, and process orders
• Communicate with vendors and customers to keep them informed
• Maintain up-to-date communication and reports for the sales team
• Attend to the head of Sales needs and act as liaison for logistics/shipment of orders
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential clients and capture their requirements
