A logistics and support company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage backoffice tasks. You'll be responsible for coordinating with sales, suppliers, and logistics while maintaining documentation and reports. Strong organizational skills and experience with ERP systems, particularly FOCUS, are required. This role is key to ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
Provide backoffice support to the Sales team including managing appointments documentation calls and emails Coordinate with Sales Suppliers and Warehouse to schedule and arrange material deliveries Liaise with Accounts and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations Maintain accurate sales and material reports Prepare quotations LPOs invoices bills and other salesrelated documents Assist in stock maintenance and recordkeeping Ensure the ERP system FOCUS is consistently updated with accurate data Prepare monthly sales reports stock reports and other reports as required Develop and maintain a wellorganized filing and documentation system
