Job Title: International Sales Coordinator

Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Process international sales orders from inquiry to delivery.
  2. Ensure timely entry and tracking of orders in the system.
  3. Verify and cross-check all necessary documents, including special documents depending on the client’s location.
  4. Coordinate with the global team regarding payments (advance, balance, and payment terms).
  5. Serve as the primary contact for international clients and distributors.
  6. Address inquiries, provide product information, pricing, and availability.
  7. Resolve order-related issues such as delays, returns, or shipping discrepancies.
  8. Collect shipment schedules and ensure proper documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
  9. Track shipments and inform clients of delivery status.
  10. Prepare and maintain sales reports, including transactions and profit analysis.
  11. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and shipments.
  12. Collect signed documents and payment proofs.
  13. Ensure export transactions comply with local and international trade regulations, and stay updated on trade laws.
  14. Verify that product labeling and documentation meet destination country requirements.
  15. Create a list of importers, mills, manufacturers, etc., with their details.
  16. Send introduction emails to potential clients.
  17. Follow up via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  18. Collaborate with potential suppliers, distributors, and agents.
