With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team.

JOB PURPOSE

The role holder will act as a liaison between various departments and customers and will be working closely with the Operations Lead on sales analysis and day-to-day sales operations reports.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs

  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual analysis and studies on sales operations
  • Weekly preparation of SKU performance analysis with budget, month ago & YTD comparisons
  • Monthly preparation of channel, area & product sales analysis with budget, month ago & YTD comparisons.
  • Monthly preparation of product and area sales ratio analysis & contribution analysis
  • Monthly preparation of Supervisor and route performance analysis
  • Monthly preparation of sales force targets
  • Conduct demand forecasting analysis
  • Geographical route optimization
  • Coordination of marketing activities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry
  • Good time-management skills
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Strong communication, analytical and administrative skills
  • Strong experience in MS Office
