To receive orders from Showrooms/Dealers/Project Customers and to complete Sale Order entries.
Co-ordinate with all requisite departments for timely and smooth execution of all orders.
To keep Showrooms / Dealers / Sales Executives informed about the deliveries in co-ordination with the Dispatch department.
To liaise with Showrooms / Dealers for any clarifications regarding orders/quantities/sizes/rates etc.
To correspond with customers as directed by the Sales Manager.
To prepare quotations and to co-ordinate with Accounts department to obtain price approval.
To ensure all letters/quotations are filed.
To arrange for all MIS reports and make them available on time.
To follow up with ISDN with regard to any system related issues.
Must be a graduate with Computer Knowledge.
Experience – Must be a team player and should have relevant experience of at least 3 years. Fresher’s with computer knowledge also will be considered.
Age: 25 yrs. to 30 yrs.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights for the team.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills highly valued to cater to diverse client bases.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales documentation and reporting.
