A leading real estate company in Dubai seeks a motivated Tele Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will engage clients, conduct outbound calls, manage client information, and achieve sales targets. • Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Engage clients to understand their property investment, rental, or purchase needs.
• Present suitable real estate opportunities and promote ongoing projects.
• Qualify leads and coordinate appointments for the on-ground sales team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Update and manage client information in CRM systems accurately.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and messaging.
• Achieve set targets for lead generation, client engagement, and conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, inside tele sales, or client engagement roles; experience in real estate is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle high-volume client interactions and multitask effectively.
• Goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and call management systems.
• Proficient in CRM & Call Scripts
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
