Job description

A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its Sales & Marketing department. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their careers in sales operations within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

  • Support Sales Manager and partners with sales coordination matters.
  • Manage monthly production orders and order allocations from distribution partners.
  • Prepare and update proforma invoices based on monthly order allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales reports stock levels order tracking estimates and sales budgets.
  • Update and monitor distribution partners order sheets and pricing lists as required.
  • Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
  • Track payment records and follow up with partners when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as needed.

RequirementsQualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree or relevant graduate qualification.
  • 1 2 years of experience in sales coordination and/or customer service.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel; familiarity with database systems.
  • Prior experience in the tyre or automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • Solution-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong initiative teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and composed with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
