Job description

  • Generate leads by reaching out to clients through cold calling or social media channels, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team to advance sales opportunities.
  • Assist the Sales team with creating customized travel proposals, sales contracts, tender documentation and presentations for prospective and existing clients in compliance with company standards
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with sales progress.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, trade shows, and client events to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports, performance metrics, and feedback to the General Manager & Head of Sales

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination role within a travel management company is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) LinkedIn and CRM tools.
