Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator with previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or water industry, is preferred.

Job Description

• Supporting the sales team by coordinating sales activities and managing customer inquiries.
• Utilizing SAP software to enter and maintain customer data, sales orders, and inventory information.
• Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Liaising with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Proficiency in SAP software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
• Communication Skills, Planning, Organizing and Time Management.
• Valid UAE Driving license is a plus.

• Team player, well groomed, customer-oriented, integrity and respect for customers policy and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience as a sales coordinator or similar role preferred in FMCG or water company.
